Clear Loop Cycles in Actions

Hi! I have a problem while im doing actions in a looping phases animation for a game

My problem is that for this animation I have to make offset keyframes for the movement of the hair and the tail of the character, I though that after making cycles in actions if you make a freeze pose keyframes between the beginning and end of the loop animation you can organize the action so it starts and ends correctly in the beginning of the action timeline

And yes, it does (I saw it works with most of the walk cycles) the problem is that when I play de action the cycle has a short break between the end and the begining frame (Im not repeating frames and all of them are in smooth), it gets solved if I duplicate the frames at its first loop but it is because the frames before the beginning and after the end are affecting the curse and the loop gets clear, how can I do it so the action itself works as a perfect cycle? or maybe there is a way to define the beginning and the end of an action in its timeline?
