I wonder if Mike (and the lawyers...) would be ok to release the last version that compiled for BeOS, under an open source (GPL3?) license. That was probably well over 20 years now, so there would be no competition issues. Moho has moved leaps and bounds since then. It's just that now, Haiku, a re-implementation of BeOS has become very usable, and it is API-compatible with BeOS. So compiling it and running it on Haiku would be awesome, if anything to help the moral of the Haiku dev team, and the few users who now are flocking back to Haiku. I personally have a Thinkpad that is 100% compatible wiht Haiku, running it on bare metal. Would be awesome to have OpenMoho for it!
