change bone layer to normal

Hi,
is it possible to change a bone layer to normal status?
I want to bind a bone of a bone above to a layer in a layer group below.
I mistakenly changed this group to a bone layer group.

I don't think so -- but when I wanted to do the same, I created a new group layer and simply shifted the child layers into it - then deleted the empty unwanted bone layer.
