how do I connect this layer to the rest of the bones?

how do I connect this layer to the rest of the bones?

when I select the face-layer on my character, all of the bones disappear, but the face group is in a head group that IS connected. what do I do?

If your face or head group is layer-bound to a bone, that will stop the bones from reaching the layers inside your face group. You'd want to unbind the group and bind the individual sublayers instead.

The 5 Moho Bone Binding Methods You Need to Know!

As Wes mentioned, Bind Layer is a direct binding method of a layer or group, and it essentially blocks any child layers from further binding to other bones. This is useful when you have many sublayers you don't want affected by other bones, for example, the mouth drawings inside a Switch Layer.

To correct this, you may need to unbind the group layer (select the Bind Layer tool and click an empty space), and then bind the layer's contents. You can still use Bind Layer if you prefer, just don't apply it to the entire group.
