lost serial number
Hello, I made a purchase with humble bundle around a year ago and my email auto deletes old emails, so I ended up losing all of my information. The last thing I have left is the redemption code, which I cannot use as it has already been activated. My computer was wiped so I can't look at the program and check the serial number like everything is telling me to. Is there any way I can check my purchases through moho?

Which version?
If you have Moho 13.5 or later and have activated/registered the serial number, Lost Marble should be able to help you.
If you purchased versions 12.x through 13.0, you're probably out of luck, as these were published by Smith-Micro and they haven't supported Moho for about 7 years now.
In either case, I'd contact Lost Marble to see if they can help.
In the future, I highly recommend backing up critical data (or any personal data) to a separate file on a secure cloud server or an offline drive. And maybe get a more reliable email service.
