slightly annoyed!!!

i have been trying to register to content paradise in order to update moho to anime studio. but i am still waiting on the activation email (5 days now!!!), i was asked my email adress 4 or 5 times now and still nothing. i have to say this is the most annoying website ever. on top of that i am missing out on playing with the new software. i am no longer sure whether i am doing something wrong or if the website is hating me!!!

if anybody has an idea, i am all ears

Weird.

Usually the activation email is instantaneous. Perhaps your ISP/mail server has a filter that's blocking content paradise as spam?

I'm confused.

Are you talking about the new serial number?

I got mine after filling out that form on the site. I didn't have to wait for any email. it was in the "invoice" before I downloaded AS.

Or haven't you been able to download?

I tried to register AS through the application after installation... that didn't work. It said my new serial number was invalid but the app still works.

I believe he is referring to the site registration itself. (ie... he's created an account, but can't yet access it.)

i have checked and nothing is blocking it as spam. so i don't really understand.

can someone please explain to me why i can't register with content paradise due to the fact i am not receiving the activation email but yet receives the email where they're trying to push their product on me... i am seriously fucked off!!! Am i gonna miss out on AS? maybe for the best!!!

I am just wondering whether you remember what details you gave for login and password.

have you tried it?

have you also checked your junk mail? maybe that particular email was filtered..

Same prob here: haven't received the confirm email to activate my account with CP. Tried re-sending the activation email twice along with emailing their customer support...no email and no response.

Help...anyone??

i have tried everything, left a ticket, resubmitted my email address 6 times, still nothing it's not being blocked by anything, i've checked... so i don't know. to be honest it's not a good start for me with e-frontier. and no response whatsoever from their technical team in a week. NICE.

IF you want i could try and leave a post in contentparadise but i am not sure what they can do if i as i would be a third party..

thanks patmals, i have left one of these tickets to the technical team who has completely failed to return my message. i think i might PM fahim at some point today. i just find it very frustrating.

well I havent even been informed how or where we can upgrade to anime studio....I wouldnt even have know of the "new" software if I hadnt have dropped into the forum..........strange form of customer service

I have had two e-mails from Lost Marble that told me that the new software was coming. The first was on July 29, 2006, with the title "Dear Moho fans..." and the second was on September 13, 2006, with the title "Moho to Anime Studio Upgrade". Both contained similar messages:

just received my account confirm email and it seems to be cool with the download...not too sure why it arrived by all seems well so far.
