DESELECT -- SELECT NONE

Post by DVTVFilm »

Here's something that's really annoying-- one can SELECT ALL (CMD-A on a MAC)--- a pretty traditional command--- but there is no keyboard combo for DESELECT --which one would think would exist. You must constanty mouse up to the Pull-down Menu to SELECT NONE... This really slows down the work process.

Is there a way for a user to define Keystroke commands? (such as CMD-D--the traditional Adobe deselect command)

Hi DVTVFilm.
I think if the deselect is actually the enter key or return on a mac?

okay good--- works ---- i never tried that because i thought it would commit a possibly unwanted action i might have attempted to do -in which case I'd have to do a CMD-Z to go back one step---which would leave me with the points selected again.... didn't want to get stuck in that loop....
