Hi everyone, I'm new here, just downloaded the demo version of AS, and started reading the tutorials... I wondered: in the tutorials, it says "select file->render", but I can't seem to find that option in the menu. And in the Export Animation Box it's impossible to click on OK. Maybe this is a stupid question, but are these restrictions of the demo? If that's the case, I understand that, but is there any other way to see some high quality output in the demo version? I'd like to see smooth lines now and then, instead of blocky ones. Is there a list of features which do not work in the trial version?
Thanks in advance for your help!
demo question: render and export? high quality mode?

There is a difference between the normal and the pro version of Anime Studio. The comparison is listed here:

According to this page, you cannot export image files in the non-pro version, so it is possible this means that Rendering isn't possible either (because that would create a loophole). AFAIK the tutorial is written for the pro version of Anime Studio.

Thanks, that's exactly the problem: the demo isn't pro, but the tutorials are written for pro (they could have pointed that out more clearly
). In the comparison chart, I also found out that only pro offers different display quality settings, so it's just not possible in the demo. However, AS seems to be an amazing program, from what I've read so far in the tutorials, so I'm pretty sure I'll order it soon
.
