ah, i remember the days when updates were frequent, and the Man Mike Clifton was around to respond to people's questions and/or requests....
i remember posting feature requests and seeing them implemented into the next version within less than a month - this was one of the most amazing things about this program and this forum, putting MOHO way beyond any other software experience I'd had.
Nowadays, I get the impression that when it comes to bug reports and feature requests, I might as well be talking to a wall. Or the floor.
Now that efrontier has taken over (have they taken over? what's the deal exactly?), the stellar support I'd come to associate with moho (ahem, AS) seems to be a distant memory - even though we've been reassured that the new arrangement means more development, and more time for Mike to focus on making the program better (rather than dealing with all the business stuff).
Is anyone out there listening? Are there answers that we should be waiting for? Or should we just resign ourselves to talking to the wall when problems arise, rather than tiring our fingers typing away?
I'm trying to not be negative here - I still love the program and all it can do - but to emphasize my point, I'd be VERY surprised if this message gets any response from efrontier or lost marble....
