Speaking as a forum user with no real authority - all is forgotten. :) I think you will find that most users here recognize both the strengths and weaknesses of the program and are rabid fans. As you have seen this is a very cool supportive user forum - for me the forum community alone multipled the value of the program ten times.

I look forward to seeing your work. I am sure with time you'll find Anime Studio worming its way into your workflow. :)

Same here. Forgotten and forgiven. I hope the anger is out of your system now, quesaco, because when you're so mad as you were, there is no reasoning with you :?

Ditto. I even agreed with some of your criticisms. I've been known to have the occasional rant myself, but everyone here remains supportive! I hope you do join this community -- I think a lot of your criticisms are "Feature Requests" by another name...
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

This place truly is amazing. I am glad I found it. You, Quesaco, are also amazing to make your public apology and so sincerely.

I am certain you will grow to love Anime Studio. My time with it is not at all long, but it has already changed me, my work, my future plans, my ideas. It is empowering, both the software and to read this forum.

i'm sorry i can't participate of the other thread, it's because i can't write well in english and because i fell down from a tree and my hands are ill. but i read all the four pages and i feel frustrated of can't write (now is painful do it).
first, vern, your post made me laugh a lot. you are something like the perfect forum user, clever, wise, shared in common (solidario?), talented, intrepid and brave...

quesaco, i'm happy for your apology, i thought you just would dissapear from the forum and all this thread would finish this way. but you receive the email from lost marble. this guy deserves all my admiration, he is all a legend (just search in google), he made alone Moho and he is very respectful with all of us. and is funny too.
if someday i could travel to usa, i really would prepare a meeting with him to be thankful personaly.

the guys from e-frontier have been very kind with me, specially fahim, andrew and lisa larson. i'm happy that they take moho to make it more popular. but don't forget that mike clifton will be always mike clifton, separated from e-frontier. he answer you, even when he haven't wrote since several months.

well, i'm bad to think and write in english (and i'm not funny) but i suposse that this is close to what i would write in spanish.

Selgin, you're English is wonderful, you never fail to get your point across - and that is what language is about ... communicating.

BTW, I live in Thailand and have a TEFL (Teaching English as Foreign Language) qualification: Belieive me, most of the Thais around me would love to have the command of English you have.

Relax, English is a crazy language wth some insane grammar and irregular word rules and espressions. You may not realise it but you're use of the language is doing the job you want it to do - that is, to get your thoughts and ideas across clearly. You do it very well.

So no apology is needed.

Have a great day today and a better one tomorrow.

Rhoel.

I agree.

I always understand everything you write here Selgin. As with many others where english is not their fist language. I sort of read between the lines.

For instance in your last post when you wrote
... shared in common (solidario?)
I knew exactly what you meant... although I can't think of a specific way to say it in english. Kind of annoys me you have one word for that and english probably requires a whole sentence. ;)

I appreciate those kind words.

We have a word for it in English, though it's probably not used as often as in Spanish. I believe he's saying you're a solidarist, and I certainly agree. Your posts are very helpful and informative.

Broader e-frontier issue

Post by jwlane »

In the past I have tried to shop for other software at the e-frontier site. The trial copies wouldn't download, and there was zero response to my inquiries. I eventually gave up trying to do business with them.

Now that Moho has moved to THAT marketing domain, I'm more than a little concerned about appropriate support. Mind you, I was thrilled to find Moho. I don't want to see a good thing brought down by a poorly performing third party.

In the mean time, non of the gallery quicktimes are loading in Safari for AS, at e-frontier. They seem to have little concern for their server problems, client sales and communication in general, dating back at least a year.

server issues

Post by Fahim »

Hi Jwlane,

Unfortunately, we are aware of those issues, we are currently migrating & upgrading our servers, if you did not know we have just launched Poser 7 and all the downloads have maxed out our servers. We do have several full time guys dedicated to solving the issue, but I am sure you're aware that this has caused us to temporarily lose the ability to display vids & sounds from our site. Further, we just changed webstores and the new store is also not cooperating perfectly. These are growing pains.

I wanted you to know and everyone to know that if you do not receive tech support in a timely fashion or if you have a particular issue that you need e frontier to resolve, don't hesitate to contact me directly, I will make sure to help you out in every way possible.

Simply email me at fahim@e-frontier.com.

Regards,

Fahim
