Is it possible to mirror a bone's movement/animation?
I have a character who lifts his right leg, hand etc. and stomps it to the ground. It took me 2 hours to get the movement (and secondary motion) exactly the way I wanted it. It'd be great if I could mirror the movement to his *left* side without going thru the hours of tweaking.
Sorry if this turns out to be a Scripting issue and I've posted in the wrong forum.
Mirroring bones(?)

If you can have all the duplicated (mirrored) bone setup in the same layer than the original just fill the constraints drop doen menu with exactly the same values of its mirror bone, but remember to change the angle value for the apropiate from 1 to -1 and the translation values also. For example if the mirror is the y axis then make negative the x constraint (-1) and maintain the y contraint to 1.
Also you can duplicate the layer and make a complete layer 180º turn.
Does it work?
