When using more than one view or the 4-view setting, it makes me wish for how things are set up in 3D programs. I have put together a mock interface of how I think the workflow could be better.
Each window would have a widget in the upper left corner that when clicked upon would open up the settings and allow you to choose which view and customize the details, etc. It would be great if each of the views were sticky and ASP stored them while working. As it is now the view settings are lost if you go from 4 views to a single view and then back again.
I understand that the interface was built to enable it to be deployed rapidly across all 3 platforms but are these little touches to the GUI possible?
