i want to draw Room in all respects and move the camera at all respects?

You need to be more specific - IN all respects. If you want people to help you, they need to know what the problem is...
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Anime Studio is designed as a 2D (flat) cartoon (comic) animation program.

It does not do 3D construction well (although some advanced users like Genete push the boundaries). You can only do 3D work in the Pro version (Anime Studio Pro), not in the standard version (Anime Studio).

In my opinion, Anime Studio Pro does better at multiplane effects (similar to painting on layers of glass).

I would not create a detailed 3D room in Anime Studio - to create such a scene would take too much time and too much effort.

If you had to do a 3D room, a better solution would be to import the room from a separate 3D software program. You can see an example of this in Tutorial 6.8.
