I got a fully boned character, but can't move it

The tutorial Tutorial 3.4 Final.moho

In my character's lower torso, I have the main Parent Bone, but it only rotates. I want to be able to move the character around a scene. "Grab it, and move it.

I am assuming that maybe the option "Offset Bone" is what I need to use.

Also, I can't seem to lock the feet down. Its as though choosing that option doesn't want to work.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

The main root bone for the torso is the one that at the end all the bones are linked to it. SO you can rotate it (using manipulate bones tool Image or rotate bones tool Image) AND can move it using translate bone tool Image. It would translate the entire character.
If the tutorial is well done you'll achieve some similar to the "Tutorial 3.4Final.moho". Bone offset is only to place bones in other initial place than its position at frame 0 that would be the animated initial position of the bones.
