Make text have an "animated shine/glare"?
I have some black/grey text that I want a quick animation glare to go "over" it from left to right. How would I achieve this in AS? I know it involves masking, but I'm stuck.

It is basically an animation program for words,
and fun to play with.

Thanks- I actually ended up figuring it out and this is exactly how I did it! Except my glare was made from a black-to-white radient filled square (actually 2 squares back-to-back). But the soft-edge you used would have been easier! Here's what I was working on:Nolan Scott wrote:Please, check this file out -“glaretest.anme”- and modify to your needs.
