as and after effects , help me please

ok so i sucsessfully imported my animation from anime studio to after effects and i used...

Do not premultiply alpha channel
quicktime render, animation settings, millions of colours+

i exported it to after effects and the matte/alpha works in the workspace but..

when i render the file i cant get the alpha/matte to work, it always has a black background to my animation and all of the other objects cannot be seen for shite, plus the file sizes are huge,

so if anyone has any exporting tips, i would love to hear them, i would make you my friend for life. thank you

Since it seems you did the export from AS part right, the mistake must be inside the AfterFX part. Take care to follow the hints in the AFX manual.
