I'm animating a character with a big shirt and i was wondering how to simulate baggy clothes.
Thanks

You would have to do it "by hand" so to speak.
Draw the baggy clothes as part of the character. The parts of the clothing that are "baggy" or need to move can be controlled by extra bones. If you aren't using bones then you would animate the points... by hand. there isn't any "cloth" effects in AS. There's not really a simple solution.
You could also use bone offset. Put the clothing away from the body and control it with a separate bone rig. Link the main bones of the clothing rig to the body rig with constraints and use extra bones to control the secondary motion of the clothing.
There is also a dynamic bone constraint. I used that for dresses once. The bottom of the dress had several bones hanging down which had a dynamic constraint applied so the dress would swing a bit as the character moved. It wasn't elaborate but it worked.
