I bought the regular, not pro version...don't know if that is an issue. 2 weird things are happening
1. My computer screen seems to dim at times....I wondered if that was related to anime studio or maybe I just have a comp. problem. Anyone else encounter this?
2. I have an animation that ends at frame 750. At frame 650, a leg is dropping off a character. At this keyframe, the leg disappears entirely. It is clearly visible in the leg layer but in the bones layer, it is completely gone- I just have naked skeleton bones remaining. So on the export, it is just plain gone. Also, at this precise key frame, the time line is highlighted pink. What gives and how do I get my leg to show?
2 strange things

okay I can give this a try.
For your dimming screen the only thing I can think of is that is power management on your computer. I know my laptop screen dims if it is on battery power and my power cord is a little bit loose which sometimes causes the laptop to toggle between battery and wall power...making my screen toggle between dim and bright.
As for your missing leg....at the frame where it disappears you need to double click the vector layer and make sure the "visible" box is checked. The Pink in the timeline indicates the time that the layer is not visible...ie the checkmark has been removed.

Thank you Laminar!
the leg is now working again- I really appreciate your advice. I think my lap top dimming is the lap top's issue- not a program or the cord. I will have to take it back
When I unplug it it gets even darker.
When I first boot it up, it is bright and then it dims almost immediately.
thanks again about the visibility check mark- i was making me insane.
