*sigh* If only people would put that much effort into something useful, like teaching arithmetics, or sexual education.

- very pleasant but lively colors -- perfect for your audience
- excellent gestures and lip sync
- excellent character design and inking
- clever typography: a combination of comic and script fonts
- good audio
- good editing
- good clear video encoding
- good production design (title sequence)

Suggestions:
- Possibly take your character off screen center--use the "rule of thirds" layout for picture composition
- Possibly incorporate better props or decor
- Possibly formalize the pastor's clothing for a little more dignity. You've got a clean shirt design with the right colors but I think he's dressed too casually
- I feel you can cut down on your work with animating gestures and lip sync by cutting away to symbolic or metaphorical images while the voice over continues (in addition to the scriptural text)

I seem to recall seeing fine work from you in the past. Your work is terrific; keep it up!

Well, I believe, morality is better than arithmetic and sex education.

While I am equally sympathetic to both of these points of view (I really am), it should be clear to all us that further discussion of that debate will not help anyone animate, so I hope this will be abandoned.

(PS I forgot to mention the audio engineering was also good.)

Overall it was very well animated. I would suggest one change.

When it comes to the scriptural text, I would have created characters to speak the lines. This would be visually more interesting than having the viewer just looking at words while someone else reads them. I know this would mean more work for you, but I think you will pleased with the results.

Good Luck,

Background is made in flash, also the lip sync. Thanks for this encouraging comment. I made another one, all animated in AS http://guhitgalaw.wordpress.com/2008/02 ... animation/

I am so much grateful to find a person that still reads the Bible. It is a sign among us (John 8:47). I will do more animations having similar contents for the sake of those who love the truth. Thanks for lost marble for giving us the chance to animate. Through that, we can express the purest intents of our heart and tell stories about ourselves and our beliefs.
