I used the handheld camera script and saved, but now I want to get rid of it. How would I do that?

Does the script put camera move keyframes in the timeline? If so, just clear the animation from the camera moves track in the timeline.

maybe it applies some noise to the camera keyframes, try selecting the keyframes with right click and chose "smooth".
