Group Layers VS Bone Layers

I have started using Bone Layers instead of Group Layers as suggested by Vern in a post I read a while back. Today I went to do some masking and it threw me a bit when I saw that some masking features don't exist in Bone Layers, ie, "No Masking In This Group" checkbox is not there, Reveal All and Hide All checkbox is not there. Does this effect the way masking works in a Bone Layer?

Please select the Bone layer instead of a Vector layer. I have all those mask options for bone layers.

Hahaha! OMG....I've been working so hard in AS that I thought I was clicking a bone layer but instead I was clicking on a switch layer.....LOL
