Just to see if anyone has tried it (http://www.expressanimator.com) out and what they think of it.
I think it is quite useful for making little Flash animations or videos but not for long professional cartoons and things like Anime Studio.
Has anyone tried Express Animator?

First - we've obviously got a Spammer in this thread - what have sneakers got to do with animation?
As for 'Express Animator' ....
Yes, I've tried it and registered it. Within very definite limits, it works moderately well. HOWEVER, the developer (I suspect there's only one) is VERY slow to release updates. The forum is almost dead and I know of several people who have tried to register with the forum but have never received verification messages, despite several emails to 'Paul'.
The program itself is very much on its starting blocks and lacks a lot of essential features such as the option to rename layers. Instead, the next update which MAY be released in December '08 seems set to focus on media players rather than improving the GUI.
Personally, I'd advise people to be very wary of registering the program until it becomes clear that this is more than a part-time hobby activity for the developer(s?).

Update - December 2008
Looks like the project is still active.
New version due for release before the end of 2008.

Once, I saw myself in a mirror.
Or did I?
