Nice lip-sync with the door and stairs. When it started I wondering how you were going to pull that off. The only thing I'd change is I'd probably limit the lip-sync phonemes. The Preston Blair set often looks jumbled when characters are talking fast.

Just my opinion. Nice work!

Good advice. I use Papagayo so I'll have to remember to take out some of the phonemes on the faster parts, or tell my voice actors to slow down lol

What I've done was strategically reuse some of the phonemes with different names. That way I could still use Papagayo without any fuss.

Just looked up an old file. I used the same mouths for FV and MBP and rest, E and etc, O and U and WQ. This reduced the phoneme set from ten in the Preston Blair set to five. It's still a pretty convincing lip-sync, and not so much like a strobe light on crack.

The was for the Esource.com energy efficient video contest- top video gets $2,000. I wrote the script and did the man's voice, house was voiced by the talented Brett Slater of Slatersgarage.com. If you ever need a good v/o, he's the man!
