Region Binding: when a skeleton has that property set to Region Binding the points of its child vector layers can have tree states:
a) Completely released. Only possible if you speciphically set it by Bone menu after select the points.
b) Completely bind to a sigle bone. Default behavior if the point is not undera a bone influenece region: each point is bound to the nearest bone. You can also set a point to this state by directly bind a point (or selected points) by the Bind Tool usage, althoug the bone that you bind is not the nearest.
c) Flexible bound. (Remember it is the status of the point). Defualt behavior. It can be accessed by the Flexibind points menu item of the Bone menu. With this status a point is influenced by all the bones that overlap its influenece region with it. If the point is out of region influence then there is no flexibind influence on the point from that bone.

c) Flexible bound. (Remember it is the status of the point). Default behavior. All bones have influence over all points. The influence amount depends on the bone strenght and the distance of the point to the bone. The final result is a combined influence. To revert to this status from any of the other two you can access it by the Flexibind points menu item of the Bone menu.
