Posting an anime file on the forum

Can someone point me in the right direction on doing this I wanted to post a tip with a file.

Use any other web host (free or paid) to hold the file and copy the link here.
Mediafire is one of the most popular free file hosting service. There are lots of them in the web.

Create a gmail email account. Take the option for create web site on googlepages.
like mine
http://blender3d.patricia.googlepages.com/index.html
and upload your file there. Provide the link of your file in post.
Its all FREE

Or if you have hotmail account, Select the SkyDrive option.
In the Public Directory Option upload your file like mine
