I am using anime studio 5.5 , it was work very good but suddenly its stop working good. I cant export my animations. When i try export , only blank video. I reinstall it 5 time, reset my computer but i still have same problem with that. And sometimes it gives me this error Could not open file : Unknow keyword 020833 at line 15.
It isnt render animations (CTRL+E), but its rendering 1 frame. (CTRL+R)
Just a hunch, but I'm guessing you've upgraded or changed one of your codecs, which AS uses to export. For example, if you upgraded Quicktime you might have this problem (I'm just assuming that the QT codec will step on the AS one).
With XP you could try going back (using the restore point software) to a time when it was working for you and see if it starts working again. Otherwise I'm going to guess that exporting your animation as JPG or BMP will work just fine.

No, I havent upgraded or changed any codecs, And I tried going back too, Even i cant export my animations as JPG or BMP its blank.. very interesting problem.
Like Vern said, it's probably that file error. If you post it (or PM it to someone) there are several of us who can find and at least partially fix the error.

No it's not file error, i am sure about it. It is not codec problem , i cant export my animastions as JPG , BMP, SWF, AVI and as quicktime video.
When i openned After Effects my problem started.
For example , I exported my animation as JPG. Check it out...

Well if your AS installation is good, the only thing I can suggest is to post the file and see if anyone else can render it. At least that way you'd know if it's a problem on your system.
The blank images could be caused by a problem with the file. Not necessarily a damaged file but it could be that AS is exporting blank images because the file has "too much stuff" going on. Sometimes when the file has to much stuff that taxes the memory or processor, AS will "choke" and not render correctly. Or maybe it IS damaged but still opens and won't export the animations beyond a certain frame. Are you absolutely certain that ALL the frames exported are blank? Could there be some that do render? Maybe there is a "bad" spot at a specific key frame where it starts rendering blank images.
That error you posted IS a file problem. If this is the same file there MUST be something wrong with it.
To be certain it isn't the file you must upload it so we can check it out. I have not had this problem so there is no way to suggest a fix for it without all the variables involved that is creating the problem. We need to rule out a problem with the file first, otherwise you are just shooting in the dark. You could be trying to solve a problem that can't be fixed.
