exporting quicktime, importing to flash

hallo,
i have a problem with exporting my animations. i have animated some images but when i`m using them in flash i always have the anime background with it. how can i erase this background. can`t find the trick

can anyone help me please???

Quicktime option 'million colors+'. The plus stands for the alpha channel which will be transparent where there are no shapes.
