Hello
I am new to anime studio 5 (mac) and im trying to create a simple story. All seems to be progressing well EXCEPT.......
As I move my image and vectors with aid of the 'translate layer' tool, I seem to be building up a complicated motion path that span out way beyond my working area - why is this? and how can i delete it (or points of it)?
I have tried deleting keys and resetting origns (even deleting complete layers) but it still keeps building up these complex motion paths
what i am trying to do is move 2 images together so that they appear to move as one (and as it is now, the two seem to move independently because of these strange motion paths). maybe i should group them some how?
Thanks in advance for reading this

Ah that is genius!
i didnt realise you could use a bone layer for simply grouping. Brilliant.
However - it still hasnt soved my problem fully. One component of this group still has a complex motion path attached to it that effect its layer transition.
I wonder if this has anything to do with how i set the image up in the first place. I have tried resetting the layer and its origin, but i cant get that path to be removed or modified.
I can post a screenshot it that helps identify the problem - the screen shot shows the motion path in the editing mode which cant be seen in a rendered movie (only the effect of it)
Thanks for your interest
