Extend the Timeline?

Post by SquireYevion »

How do I extend the time line so that it will play past the 72 mark? I see the other numbers there, but the blue bar only goes to 72, and when I press play, that's where it goes to before it loops, even if there is stuff after that point.

Go to File>Project Settings>End Frame in the menu bar or Alt/Option+Click on the desired ending frame in the timeline.

HeyVern I think we need a 'Noobies questions answered' sticky.
This one comes up all the time, amongst other standard issues.

To extend the timeline press alt and click on the timeline to extend the play (loop) region, you may also extend the render region by pressing cntrl and left click for the start and cntrl right click for the end, this brings up a green and red marker respectively.
