talking like south park???

Post by Willsky »

Is there a quick and easy way to make my charactors talk like the ones on south park? So I dont have to change thge mouth every time I want it to talk. So I can just copy and paste or did I just answer my own question? I dont think its possible to copy and paste it as the mouth will be flying around the screen.

And any Ideas anyone has about charactors talking without using lipsync would be apreciated. Thanks

you could try put a .wav (instead a .dat) into a switch layer with 3 or 4 different mouths. then AS will create keyframes based in the sound of the wav. not much pretty, but can work.

(to put the .wav in the switch layer, make double click on the layer, go to the switch tab and click the origin dat button)

WHat Selgin said.

Its the quick and easy way, pretty much does the work for you. Can look quite good. It takes the WAVa dn based on its 'loudness' decides what mouth shape to use.
