I used to watch those on TV when I was a kid! I only found out what it was called a few weeks ago, I was like "WOOOOAH nostalgic!"

Gotta love La Linea! Really inspired by the story behind it. You can read all about it on Wikipedia. If I remember correctly it was first created as an ad for washing machines or something. Awesome. So minimal yet so expressive. Also love the music. I was wondering if you could do something like this in AS...you could, but frame by frame might be better. I guess you could do a combination of both. I'd use AS coz its the only real animation package I have.

German animator Andreas Hykade did an "hommage" to La Linea with his two clips for Gigi D'Agostino. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrsuiD2y3c0 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrtA69G15zk.

In the UK, a version of this kind of animation was used for an intro to an improv show, "Whose Line Is It Anyway".
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
