"Dallas" effect

Post by mattness »

Hi guys :)

Name's mattness, I'm from Poland and I'm trying to do some animations (for now I've stuck with WMP and looking for advice how to make better animations/movies)

I wanted to do movie in style of 70s TV series intro (eg. Dallas or GTA SA)

What kind of program should I use to acquire similiar effect?
It would be awesome if someone of you could point out some tutorials how to do it (my google- Fu is not good enough to find something in this topic) :(

Thanks in advance

Dzien dobre!

I think you are looking for the wrong software ...

The effect you want to create is called "split screen", where film clips from different sources are composed into one image. It is a standard effect in any decent video editing software, like FinalCut, Premiere, and so on.

Anime Studio is not really made to edit video. This effect can be done in AS, but only in a very complicated way. If you opnly want this effect, you should look for a video edit program instead.
