Big problem for me. Is there any way i can get my serial number as I've lost the cd case and my computer is not with me and I have no way of getting to it at the moment. Maybe there is an online registration I have forgotton about that can help me. Please any advise would help.
I'm using micromedia flash at the moment and its just not as fun.
When did you purchase and from whom? Was it Lostmarble, efrontier or Smith Micro?
Your best bet is to contact Smith Micro. They should have a record of your registration if you registered the product. If you didn't register it you may be out of luck. When you get to the computer you may be able to get the registration code but I'm not certain of that. Look for any emails you recieved from who you purchased it from.
Like I said the best thing to do is contact Smith Micro and hope they have a record of your purchase. Without proof of purchase don't hold your breath.

Just so you know, and please, don't get defensive, I'm not making any accusations at all, but this is a common technique to get an "illegal" serial number from a helpful unsuspecting forum member. Like I said I'm not insinuating this in any way but the fact that you are posting here rather than contacting the distributor directly tends to raise red flags to me. When I misplace that type of information I always contact the distributor or developer directly.

Thanks vern I'll check my email now, fingers crossed.
I bought it from a shop 'Harvey Norman' in Australia not from the net.
IF you registered with content paradise, it will be there in your account (i've looked there a few times for mine)...
log in to http://www.contentparadise.com/us/user/home.php (if you have an account) and click on 'view my stuff' - in there you should see your AS purchase - and when you click it the serial should be there.
failing that, if you didnt register - you could write to smith micro with your purchase details and see if they can look it up, but they may not...
Hello mate
I had problems with my work copy serial number, just email Smith Micro,
they will sort you out pretty quick.
Have a look on there site, they have a customer support entry field thing,
or email address or something.
