You can't move sounds in AS. If you need to start the sound later in the timeline, you have to add silence in front of the sound in your audio editing program.

Just load a new sound, it will replace the old one automatically.

Better use the command "Menu>Animation>Remove Sountrack". That's the correct way if you don't want any sound in your animation.

you can go to project settings and set 0 -zero- as final frame. the length of your animation now will depend of the last keyframe you add. It's variable now.
