As for the bear, looks good except the body looks too long. I don't understand why he's trying to fly though. What specifically are you having trouble with?
Same question; What are you having trouble with? The bear seems to be at a 3/4 view already. the motion seems to work so far in your sample.
Just animate his legs walking and move him across the screen. Either animate the top body or hip bone or the layer translation to create forward motion as the legs step. If the legs need another bone for knees you can add them in.
Bear The bear is supposed to attempt to fly again but land on his feet the second time and begin to walk, I am having trouble turning the front leg to face the right direction when it lands on it's feet as well as perspective problems with the walk itself.
Also i wanna make it so the bear's feet are placed firmly down after the initial contact with the ground , but i did not know how to do it.

It is of great help to first scribble all your poses on paper. Once you've worked out the movement, you can begin to build it in AS. Tiny thumbnails seem to work best.
The fast and easy way would be to do a quick one frame flip of the bear's left leg (to face the foot in the right direction), and then make the pads on the bottom of them disappear (so that they look like they're flat on the ground).
i was going to animate the foot frame by frame but i can't get the switch layer to work correctly. Also When i try to make the pads disappear they disappear from the whole animation not from the single frame i want it to
OK now i am having trouble make the Left and Right Ears and Headphones move back and forward due to the layering. Anyone have an idea on how i can get around this.
The Left Ear and Head Phones need to partially disappear behind the head while the Right Ear and Head Phones need to come forward from behind the head
Thank you

Pretty good. Now the body really needs some bounce, as it looks awfully still with everything else moving. I'd also probably scale the foot pads flat a bit before making them disappear, to make the transitions a little smoother.
Also, if you have the ears on separate layers, you might be able to get away with flipping those layers vertically around the same origin point (and layer sort them), to get a further head turn.
When his leg contacts the ground the body should be down.
On his passing position, like when the leg is right under his body, the body should be up.
Then when his legs are at their widest his body should go down again.
In a proper walk cycle you'd have the lowest down on the DOWN after the contact and the up position would be on the UP after the passing position, but we'll keep it at a basic level for now. Looks good. You'll be amazed at how much difference the up and down make. Think about it - your leg is going to push your body UP when its straight and under you, and when it goes further away your body's going to be closer to the ground. Physics really.
So I'd just make 3 positions - DOWN, UP, DOWN and loop them. For EXTRA coolness I find it helps to keyframe every frame for body positions. I just make sure that between the DOWN, the UP and the next DOWN that the foot is making contact with the ground, and not going through it. Then the walk cycle looks a lot more convincing.
That looks really good. You've made some great improvements. Follow some of mikdog and synthsin's comments on body impact and bounce. It isn't that hard really, just a few keys in there to give him some life. I love the design of this little bear. Right now I have the flu with a fever and wish I had a teddy bear to keep me company.
Once I recover I will deny having ever said such a thing about needing a teddy bear. It's the fever talking.
Thanks for the help guys, i was going to initially work in the body's positions for the up down passing and contacts but then i wasn't really sure how to pull it off since i ended up not making it's knees bend. I'm going to try to put your tips in motion tho thanks, alot more updates soon
