When I publish a movie to Microsoft Movie, it doesn't work!

I've made an animation with a light blue background. I've uploaded it to Microsoft Movie and it played with a blue background. But when I published the Microsoft Movie, the animation had a black bacground. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so could you tell me how to fix it? Thanks!

Sounds like a MS Movie problem as you say it played OK inside of MS Movie.

You're right. It works great when you assemble it in MS Movie. But when I publish it, the animation's background goes black. But everything else, like the subtitles, work fine.

Unless you put a background, like a colored rectangle, in your AS project it could be reading the transparency. The background color in the project settings is just sort of a fill-in for export that doesn't make use of the transparency.
