Free copy of Camtasia Studio

Post by dazza101 »

There is currently a promotion giving away a free (and fully functional) copy of Camtasia Studio (v3, not latest v5) - Camtasia is a screen recording program useful for creating tutorials. All the details are posted at http://www.updatexp.com/free-camtasia-studio-3.html

thanks for the alert on the free software

I just played with it a little bit and I see it as being
a useful video editor for animation. The zoom and pan
function will be useful, as well as producing in various
video formats, including Ipod!!

It's Free!

Ya it was. I lost it in a reboot. No longer available. CamStudio is free, but not as good. Camtasia Studio has a better codec for screen recording.

If you kept the serial number you could probably contact tech smith about downloading that version. I contacted them once about getting the old version 3 tutorials and they provided me a link to it. It certainly is worth a try!

One step a head. Have a serial number, and the download still works. Must be on another sever. Going to burn it off to a disk, if I can find a blank disk, where did they go. I know I have some there some where, maybe under all thees papers, no not there. Maybe over here, nope.

Why do I have four unopened boxes of CD's? Because I can't find the other three.

Don't worry I find them and lose the copy that I burned.

I've seen people argue with themselves before. I don't feel this is a bad thing necessarily, that is, unless they loose the argument! :D
