Hi guys!
I can draw pretty good in anime studio now days.
But I cant rig my characters that good maby.
U can look at my file: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=62RBYK4O
And maby give me some tips?
Because I want to have something that looks something like this
So my question is...can some one upload a good bone example?
OK, the rigging can be improved. Since you seem to prefer flexible binding, you get into problems because of the small dimensions of the limbs. The Bone Strength zones overlap so much that hands and feet get distorted when you just turn an arm or leg.
I'd use Bone Offset even more than you already did. I'd seperate hands and feet from arms and legs. But I only could try this with the hands because you have built your legs as one complicated shape which I couldn't sort ot.
I build my characters from many separate shapes, I don't use welding or combined lines. This way I can always keep my stuff separate and as far from each other as I need.

It's not too complex, but hopefully you can learn something from it.
