Kind of a lame silent video- the beoug character is finally complete..

but just testing out some camera pans, cyclic switching, and camera panning... Tried to attempt motion lines but failed miserably. Someone really has to show me how it's done

still having issues- i posted this in the how do i forum- tried to export with the title song as the soundtrack, but the render went past what i told it to and finished up the song.. weirdness... if theres any help it would rock. well next is taking the beoug main chr and making it into the chick character "Miao"

Okay here's a little update... Just want to introduce you to another character... Now this guy is going to be only front view...

His name:

General Commander Yakamoto

He is the officer in charge of the main character Beoug: Debriefing him in "tough situations" -

(such as my next animation test, where he will let beoug, via his headset know that there is a "female of the species approaching", "will soon be penetrating his personal bubble", causing Beoug to freak out. As he is in charge, Gen. Yakamoto will then scream at Beoug that his "Beoug levels are off the charts", and how Beoug "REALLY NEEDS TO CALM DOWN THIS INSTANT!"..)

Things like that.

that's the first drawing stage. Not planning on a lot of animation, just facial expressions... Maybe the occasional pounding fists, done with separate objects

Okay.... Finally a new update- After everyone's awesome recommendations and some careful software method consideration... Here goes, some photo shots with beoug and some characters in the exact style i have been imagining for backgrounds!!! I used artrage, and of course, anime studio to fill in the characters! I can't wait to start getting into doing foreground and background pans... ohhh man.

ps. the green looking character is a new guy, very early in development, named "poo-lin"... He will be a short little nerd guy who wears braces, speech impediment, etc. He wears monster pajamas.
