What happened to layer opacity animation?

I've just discovered that layer opacity can't be animated anymore.

DEAR GOD, NO!!!!!

I love that tool!!

In ASP5.6 I used to double click on the layer at the frame I wanted to change to occur by and enter the desired opacity. This used to create a keyframe. Now it does diddly-squat!!

I've noticed that the visibility script works, too. What gives?

Any suggestions on how this can be rectified?

You need to click the checkbox "allow animated layer effects" inside the layer.

It almost got to that, madrobot. I was hyper-ventilating and my heart was skipping a beat. I almost felt like Judy Moran was paying me a visit!!

Melbourne is a weird little place, I just moved here, it's fun but #*cked up..
Gang warfare and you have to wait for trains to cross the road.
I said it before and I'll say it again...... I just think it's a little....primitive

Also, I think they give driving licences and firearms out with happy meals.

Daramous and madrobot might disagree but they are probably used to it.

Hey, come on, be fair, Chucky!! We all know that Queenslanders are the worst drivers by far. Once I watched a banana bender stuff up angle parking multiple times before giving up and driving off!!

Also, we have awesome food down here.

Yes Queenslanders always look a little lost no matter where you are, but fair bite of the battered sav Dazza those Toorak tractors are just the tip of the iceberg.
I don't know why they even put indicators on cars down here, they only get used in football celebrations.

Gosh darnit... I wish I lived in Australia. Queensland. Just the name sounds all sunny and warm and happy. I bet Australia doesn't have draconian code enforcement agents that make you kill yourself for 3 days straight and then go take a vacation. That guy's probably laughing his arse off right now.

Do you people who live there is it really as wonderful as we think? Or is just the perspective of it from the outside that makes it sound so cool? I actually have some sort of east coast, mid atlantic accent... I just can't hear it. If I could hear it, it wouldn't be cool. You never hear anyone fake an accent from northern Delaware to impress the ladies.

Nah. I've heard you on one of your tutorials. I live on the other side of the Atlantic, and I can tell you, you've got an American accent! You do say "arse" though, instead of "ass", which is intriguing...

Oh, and chucky, I once worked for a couple of Aussies, they were great blokes! Until the ashes came around, anyway...
