Any ideas of raindrops in water, I can't figure out how to draw that...
there are several methods however I'll only post 2
- Simple
Use vector layers watch video on tube or any site watch it carefully and then try to simulate it

If you have AS 6, in the LIBRARY under EFFECTS (I think) there's a rain preset. Looks pretty good. What it is basically is a bunch of lines with a stroke applied and I think there's about 4 layers of lines in different positions or something that cycle. And the layer is angled at about 45 degrees to give a slanting effect.
