Exporting a File I can use in Illustrator?

Post by Mejin »

Hi,

I asked myself if I could export an .ai - File with AnimeStudio...,
the only way I see beside that is to render a jpg or something and then use the trace-Tool in Illustrator, but that doesn't look too nice so far.

Is there any possibility to work with an .anme File in Illustrator?

I would be very happy to hear from you.

Greetings

Can Illustrator open SWF?

I save out as a single frame SWF from Anime Studio. Then open it in Flash and export to EPS from Flash. I then open that in Adobe Illustrator. I don't know if the newer versions of Adobe Illustrator might be able to open an SWF directly though. I have an old version of AI which does not.
