How do i turn off between?...and other question!

Hi

1-I would like to turn off between ...Is it possible?

2- i would like to select frame 26 to 2099, so i click and drag on the timeline but it stops at the right end of time line and it wouldn't go any further.
Now i use magnifier of time line to make frame smaller, now i can't see the exact place of the frame 26! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before do anything start by pressing the SHIFT key and hold on it until the end of the selection operation. Then using the timeline zoom in/out and click dragging with the mouse, select the desired keyframes in diferent and separated positions. By still pressing SHIFT you do a accumulative selection.

Set the interpolation of end keyframe to Step. It can be done by right clicking on the keyframe.
