Help with Group layers?

I just finished reading and experimenting with all of the tutorials...

And I have yet to find out how to make a Group Layer!

I just want a Plain, Group layer; Not bone, or switch... I can't figure out where I can add a regular group layer. The one with an Icon that looks like a plain folder, I've seen it in the tutorials, Like tutorial 2.6_2. It has a group layer with the eyes and eyelids.

Can anyone help me figure out how to make one of those?

BTW, I'm running this program on a Mac. Debut 6.0

Does any one know if this feature is just available for Pro?

Group layers are Pro only.

You can use bone layers instead, they behave the same way.
