Does anyone know where to get free sound effects?

I've tried to find some sound effects for free but I want to download something that other people say is good. There is a lot of sound effect websites that have sounds you can buy but i'm just a kid just trying to make some animated shorts. I'm mostly looking for like shooting sounds and also like house hold sounds ( Toilet Flushing, Dishes Smashing, Glass Breaking) and so forth
