This is very discouraging. Exporting SWFs from 6.1 ignores my masking groups.

It previews fine withing ASP. Am I doing something wrong?

As it is written in the Appendix, AS masks are among those features which are ignored in SWF export.

If you import AS into Flash, however, you can use the workaround to export the mask, the masked layers, and the rest of the file separately, creating a Flash mask from these easily.

Oh yeah, I see how that would work. I wouldn't call it easy. Tedious maybe, but it would work.
