Hi,
So a new Anime Studio manual is being made by Cengage.com. They're using some of my AS videos on the DVD so I get a free manual. However, what I really would like is a smudgeguard glove. (http://www.smudgeguard.com)
Its a glove that is supposed to make using a Wacom Cintiq way easier and smoother. Its made in the States and I haven't been able to buy one because despite my efforts I haven't been able to set up a PayPal account. I don't have a credit card, only a debit card.
I asked the lady at Cengage if she could rather send me the glove. It'd probably be way cheaper than sending a book to South Africa. Answer was not.
So, if anyone would like the new manual when its ready, I can ask the lady who I'm dealing with at Cengage to rather to send it to your address. What you'd then do is please order me a medium sized smudgeguard glove. Including p&p to South Africa it comes to $18.24. I'd imagine the book would be more expensive, so hey maybe you'll get a deal.
This sounds a bit convoluted, so simply - I can ask for my copy of the new Anime Studio book (including a DVD it sounds like) to be sent to you, if you have a PayPal account and can order me a smudgeguard glove.
Thanks,
Mike
Bit of a strange request

Just when is this book supposed to be released and where can we find out more information about its content?
If this is the one from Kelly Murdock then I was able to see in on that site you posted. What was interesting is that the new book is going to be 80 pages less then the old book. Perhaps they moved more information onto the DVD instead?

I'd quote her email but not sure if that's cool. The book is due to be received in our warehouse the first week of January. It is usually about another week after that when our author copies will start going out, so I would estimate that it would be the second or third week of January at the latest when this book would be received by the other person.
So, first books received by them first week of Jan, usually about another week when their first author copies go out, so she estimates that person x would receive the book second or third week of Jan latest.
Thanks.
