How do I delete Text?
I select it with the "select shape" or "select points" tool and hit edit-clear. nothing happens...
(Schenker W507, i7-6700 CPU @ 3.4 GHz, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, Windows 10, Moho Pro 13.)

Works on my Mac both AS 5.6 and 6.1. Use the backspace delete?

I just noticed that you can only delete at frame zero...

You are right, that's a new feature of AS 6: you only can draw and delete on frame zero.
Anyway, you can turn off this option on preferences menu.
