Realistic motion blur

Post by jose1984alberto »

hey guys, its me again with the stupis questions... (me and my low self esteem... hahaha) well, i was goofin around with our friendly neighborhood AS and used the motion blur option, but just to find myself with the horroble surprise of the final render view... it just doesnt look right...

i was wondering if some of you guys now how to pull a realistic (or at least, a better looking) motion blur effect, like the AFTER EFFECTS one... or is it something i would have to resolve in postproduction (hope not)...

thanks anyways...

There is a plug in for premiere and after effects, if I remember well, which gives motion blur to any of your rendered videos.

Take a look, the name was RSMB (reel smart motion blur).

It also works in Combustion - and it is seriously good.

IF my memory serves me correctly, GreyKid were using RSMB in Combustion on much of thier work.
