(AS 6 Debut) Some layers not rendering

I have 8 vector layers. None are hidden and all are marked as visible. They are all visible in the workspace.

However, when I come to render the scene, some layers are omitted.

Why should this be? A bug? Or, have I missed something?

Have you checked your layers options?

There is a check box for not rendering layers.

The 'do not render layer' boxes are unchecked.

Change its opacity to be 100%
